I went into the store in April at the recommendation of my doctor. I needed a new bed and an office chair. About an hour later, my wife and I had picked out a new Tempur Pedic mattress and an ergonomic office chair. I had both delivered(one to my home, the chair to my office) within a few days. A month later I feel so much better and couldn’t be happier with the staff and my stuff. More importantly, my wife is happy with our bed.

I bought an infrared blanket for my niece who had scoliosis surgery in November. Three months later, it stopped working. My brother called the store who first told him that they have no record of the $ 140.00 purchase, and the would need a receipt before they could discuss dealing with the problem. They took detailed information from me at time of purchase, yet magically can’t find the purchase. I provided a receipt to my brother, who took the blanket back to exchange for a new one. He has told that they do not support products they sell in the store unless it was a Relax the Back brand. He would have to deal directly with the manufacturer. Shop here at your own risk. If I would have bought this on Amazon, they would have replaced without question. Poor customer service. The thanks I get for supporting a brick and mortar store in my neighborhood. Take your business elsewhere.
