It’s all about that sauce! Without the sauce, the chicken is fine; but with the sauce? Astronomical!!! Their DT line is about like one you’d find at a Chik-fil-a…speakin’ of which, is one of the major reasons I didn’t give RC5 stars. CFA’s chicken is so flavorful, you really don’t need any sauce; but RC is still worth waitin’ in line for. The lemonade is as good as CFA’s, too! For a die-hard CFA fan, RC is worth my time.

Love their chicken fingers, Cane sauce and Texas toast. I wish they offered an option with fingers on a salad.(hope they add some day) My favorite item is not on the menu but I saw someone eating it one day and ordered — Chicken sandwich on Texas Toast. Melts in your mouth!

Always have had pretty normal experiences here, but this last time was annoying. The girl at the drive through taking the order wouldn’t let me finish a freaking word before cutting me off and asking«anything else» she must have said it 5 times. She repeated the order back to me incorrectly, and we spent about 3 minutes trying to get it right. Still unsure if she got the order right, I came to the window to pay. She repeated the order incorrect again! Finally we got it sorted out and i came to the next window. They started handing me drinks which I didn’t order and I thought by now I must be losing my mind! They were giving me the wrong order! FINALLY got it right and I was on my way. If that fried chicken wasn’t just so damn delicious I may never go back because of the lack of competency of those few workers. But I’ll be back. Haha

I’ve been to this location several times now. Every time I’ve been the experience has been consistent. Food is hot, service is good, and the chicken tenders are great. Finding parking can be a little challenging and if you come during traffic hours it can be difficult to turn left out of the lot.

The best chicken strip I’ve ever had. This place is the in-n-out of chicken strips. They do one thing, and they do it the right way. They don’t have 10 different sauces to mask the flavor, they off one type of dipping sauce and hot sauce to enhance the flavor. Please, do not leave here without first trying their amazing sweet tea!

today i went to raising canes on Grenville ave for it is close to my house. Upon arrival i pulled up to the take out window where the staff was extremely courteous and attentive, as per usual. upon arriving home i went straight to my bed, the usual nesting spot where i enjoy such a meal. at this time i received a call from my once lovely girlfriend. an argument ensued that lasted about 20 mins. so upon returning to my chicken i was shocked to find it was cold, which was an extreme disappointment. thus earning the review of 2 stars.

Raising Cane’s is to die for, but after waiting 13 minutes for my food(ordering inside to-go) at 8 p.m. on a Monday with no apology, I’m not sure I’ll be back here. That’s not to mention that the box combo they handed me had been sitting on the shelf for several minutes before they took action. This isn’t the first time they’ve been slower than a fast food restaurant should be, either. It’s a shame this location is the only one within feasible distance of me.

The chicken tenders by themselves are o.k. If I wanted fried chicken, then I’m partial to the spicy chicken at Popeye’s. The magic is in Cane’s dipping sauce. The toasted bread is also a nice touch.

After being in the service industry for many years, I hold everyone to a very high standard, either verbal or in my head. Well, this Raising Cane’s is head and shoulders above the rest. From what I’ve experienced, it all revolves around the core manager(doesn’t it always, though), Ashton. They are so lucky to have him. He knew my name and my order the 2nd time I came in, and has come out from the kitchen every time with a warm greeting. Now granted, usually I come in with an order for my staff in our weekly meeting, but he remembers the small things. I appreciate that. Now, I would like to talk about the staff. I have never been anywhere before where the staff is as friendly as this place. They keep the place very clean, and do it with a smile. I truly believe that they are happy to be there, and are happy to see the customer. Now for the food. Damn. You won’t find better chicken tenders, fresher Texas toast, or better sauce. Always order another sauce(Cane’s sauce). Its a little extra but well worth it. That is all, friends.

This particular location is pretty similar to all the others, but the seating area is pretty small, and I feel like the quality of the food has dropped exponentially since I first started coming here. I usually order the box combo(4 chicken strips), and it seems like the chicken strips are getting smaller and smaller. Also, I usually enjoy the food when it’s fresh, but I’ve recently been getting to-go from the drive thru and have been disappointed that the food does not hold up very well after a 15-minute drive. It would be nice if they could pack the chicken and fries in a cardboard box instead of a styrofoam box, which keeps all the moisture inside and ends up making the food soggy. In regards to the franchise in general, I really like that Cane’s chicken is always freshly fried(and never frozen), which makes it so much better than most fast food. The crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and sweet tea are all great as well. But my favorite thing about Cane’s is their sauce – it really makes all the difference!

I love canes, but disappointed in this location. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and the size of the chicken fingers recently is half of what it used to be, but the prices have remained the same. I want the old canes!

We stopped in for lunch while in town for the National Championship Game(where else would a self respecting Buckeye fan eat lunch?) and had a delicious meal, as always! Décor: It’s a fast food joint, so there isn’t too much going on. However, it is clean, open, and inviting. The one thing I do wish they had was a better system, or more room, for those waiting for orders. We were there during the lunch rush and there seemed to be a lot of confusion around who was standing where and if they had ordered or not. Finally, there are plenty of tables of varying sizes that can accommodate any size group. Bathroom: Just like the rest of the place, clean and inviting. Staff: Friendly and helpful. They also made and served the food rather quickly(given that it was the lunch rush). Food: So good. SO. GOOD! Probably the best chicken fingers you can buy. The fries are great and the Cane’s Sauce is to die for! They don’t have a huge menu but they don’t need it because what they do do they do right! The lemonade and the sweet tea is also sugary heaven. Value: Prices are about what you would expect to pay for this type of place. One thing that slightly annoyed me was that one of my chicken fingers(in my four-finger meal) was TINY. It should not have been considered a whole finger. Next time, give me four + the mini, not three + the mini and call it four. The place is GREAT and we will ALWAYS come back(whenever we are near a location).

Pretty good food. I had the four strip chicken combo with fries, cole slaw, toast and a soda. Looks like it gets pretty busy on Saturday evenings and there’s not a lot of space for dining in. I think the meals would be great for small get togethers or a quick dinner.

Overall I really liked the chicken here. It was really tender and I didn’t have a problem with the breading falling off like other people have mentioned here. I thought the crinkle cut fries were just ok. The restaurant itself was clean enough though it smelled a little of stale grease. A little pricey for what it is, but I would come back.

Had lunch here with my family. Good was good. We ordered two box combo. Combo comes with 4 chicken strip, fries, toast, coleslaw and a drink. I really liked the fries they were nice and crispy. The chicken strips were good too, crispy but could use a bit of seasoning. The service was good. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I loved that the high chairs were clean too!

This was my first Raising Cane’s experience! My co-workers have been talking about it all summer, so we finally took a lunch break and headed here together. I was super impressed by the freshness of the chicken. My co-worker said that they never freeze their chicken. You can tell… YUM! It was a tad greasy though and the breading on one of my tenders would not stay on. I ordered the three piece combo with fries, toast and a drink. The iced tea is delicious and I was in love with their special sauce. The price was a little high, but I will pay more if I feel like I am getting quality food and I felt like I did. There were not many seats to sit at, which made it difficult for our group of six. I will be back here again. Next time I am bringing my hubby!

Well, it is what it is. Chicken tenders, fries, Texas Toast, and«Cane’s Sauce»(a mild, perfectly average but tasty pinkish bbq-ish-not-really sauce). Those are your choices, in varying amounts or combinations. I can’t say I have any complaints and it was all perfectly tasty. There was also nothing special whatsoever about anything. This particular location was ok… the woman who helped us was new but she was friendly and did a nice job. It was about 5:30 or 6 on a Friday and the place wasn’t especially clean, but it wasn’t appalling, either. I went here for my significant other, who has nostalgia for the chicken from years past, so at least he was quite happy. If you’re reading Unilocal reviews to decide if you should come here, then probably not. But to be fair, you could do a lot worse. It’s not too heavy or greasy, for one thing. There wasn’t really any spice or flavor or really anything to write home about, but it was perfectly acceptable, what can I say!
