I needed a place to store my travel trailer for a short period of time (about two weeks) and had called a lot of places around the Mesquite/​Garland area and couldnt find anything big enough. I searched Public Storage’s main website and decided to just call the 800 number to see if they could point me to the one that had the largest parking spaces. The woman on the phone found me a spot and because they were running a «first month for $ 1» special, I got that as well. I explained to her that I only needed it for a month and she said that was fine, its the deal! So I paid for a great, secure spot for $ 1 plus $ 19 processing fee (compared to the $ 150 some of the other places were charging, I wouldnt have cared in the processing fee was $ 50). The gentleman that helped me at this location was so nice and really processed everything quickly and made sure I understood how to get in and out of the spot and also informed me of how they charge in case I needed the spot longer. Overall it was a really great experience as far as storage places go (btw, I had a terrible experience with Assured Self Storage in Balch Springs).
