Mark Raskin and Jill Summers were so wonderful in helping me get a mortgage and so informative as to what would be the best option for me financially in the long term. I wasn’t sure that I would qualify, I had some savings but no where near 20% for the down. They were able to fix me up with something that I could live with and that put me in my first home.
Due to some last minute counter-​offers, we were running short on time to get everything done and still make the closing that the seller was insistent on. Aubre and Julie worked seemingly round the clock and it demonstrates what a great team of people these are that everyone pitched in and got it done and we made our closing date!
