All of the doctors here are amazing! I had a chance to work with Dr. Lemry last year and Dr. Colton recently. They’re awesome!!! Dr. Colton went the extra mile since my eyes were so dry. The other thing is that the staff here are always friendly and professional! I will always come back here. You all should, too!

Dr Lemery was great to work with. Her team is thorough and knowledgeable. They have fun personalities while remaining professional. We made an appointment on Saturday, saw them on Monday. No long waits, no drama. Jennifer is skilled at picking the right frames and kept us right where we needed to be price-wise. These folks are honest and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them.

I had an emergency situation where my three-year-old granddaughter my broke my glasses playing. As I’m useless without them and it was late Saturday afternoon, I had a huge problem. I «yelped», found this office and called. They were very understanding and told me to come on by. When I came in with my lens hastily attached with tape, not only did they fix my glasses promptly, they refused to charge me… a complete stranger! I am recommending them to my family and friends as it is unusual to find a business with such warmth, kindness and consideration.

First time in, and I get an eye checkup after 30 minutes of waiting then go back to the waiting room for another 60 minutes before being called in to determine my new prescription. Ain’t nobody got time for that

I too am not sure what is with all the negative reviews. I saw Dr. Colton on my LUNCH hour and he was amazing. He found an issue that was overlooked by my previous Dr. Very personable and professional. The office staff was also very nice. Large selection of frames. I will be referring my co-workers in the area.

I’m with the previous reviewer, I’m not sure why this office is receiving bad reviews. I’ve been going to Prestonwood for almost 4 years. The office is always clean and organized. The staff is super friendly, professional, and attentive. Every time I walk in, they greet me immediately and assure me they’ll get to me when they’re currently helping another patient. I have yet to experience an issue in regards to my prescriptions. My contacts/glasses arrive timely and correctly and they always double check my order before letting me walk out. They have a great variety of glasses too! They were able to find the perfect set of specs for my husband who is 6’2 with a rather large body frame, including his head. I still have my cute Fendi frames that I ordered from my very first appointment years ago and, fortunately, they’ve been able to change the lenses for them whenever my prescription changed even though my frames have discontinued.

I am not sure why all of the reviews are so bad about this place. My wife and I was able to get an appointment right away for the date and time we wanted. The staff was almost overly friendly, but it felt genuine and not fake at all which is rare in the service industry. The scheduling conflict I am reading about I could only attribute it to their recent move. I had this difficulty when my Dentist moved office as well. Dr. Moiger was great and went into a lot of details regarding the health of both of our eyes, it was very informative and educational. The wife got a pair of glasses, which arrived prior to the promised date and fit great. Me on the other hand just went for my annual exam as I do not require glasses or contacts… yet that is. *fingers crossed* I would highly recommend this place. Friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff with an abundant selection of frames to choose from.

My wife and had a scheduled appointment for 5÷14÷14 at 3:30. When we showed up they said we weren’t in the system. I showed them the number I called and even told them who I talked to(Jessica). Jessica said we would have to reschedule. We said we would get back with them… We didn’t even get an apology. So frustrating. We won’t be back.

I went in for an eye exam and new glasses. The process was good and the staff helpful. The reason for the low review is I’m still having trouble with my new glasses. I had mentioned that I was near sited, and when asked if I had difficulties reading a computer monitor without glasses I said somewhat, and that I didn’t look at a monitor for a living and that I didn’t wear glasses when I read the paper and such. I was told that I need glasses to read and I should wear my glasses all the time. Even though I had mentioned that I was«near sited» he seamed more concerned on correcting my vision to look at a monitor. Fast forward 5 months… My distance vision is worse. Unable to focus on things far away without my eyes«rolling» and the feeling of being nauseous. Which had been my complaint since I was given these glasses. Just had them adjusted for the second time, still can’t focus on distances and have had the most headaches in the past 5 or so months than I’ve had in years. I will try one more time for them to get it right. I paid the most for these glasses than I’ve ever paid before and they are so far the worst. Went in for the third visit and found a person talented enough to figure out why I was having difficulties seeing with these glasses. Finally adjusted correctly, for the time being anyways. Update to my review… A few months ago I had my eyes reexamined by a different eye professional. Come to find out that my issues was not with the glasses as I thought, and asked Prestonwood to check on it which they didn’t, but the problem is with the doctor himself. He made an error of «over correcting» a problem which led me to experience poor vision, headaches, and months of frustration. I have the same glasses just different«correct» lenses and I can see just fine now. Not a good thing to do doc. I’ve been wearing glasses most of my life and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. People are commenting to me that the doc should be paying for my new lenses since he’s the one that made the mistake in the first place.

The staff at Prestonwood Eyecare are all very nice and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Moiger also makes you feel at ease, and not rushed. Very good experience.
