this was in nov. 2015: do not believe the positive post made in sept, they bribed residents with a gift card, especially those that have lived here a short time. we have been here 2 years, worst managers ever, with the exception of one, dakota. there is also a high resident turn over. recently another new manager, 5 in 2 years, still horrible management, lousy maintenance respond time, huge lack of communication, stay away„ phone mailbox is still always full, even during business hours! other residents are also not happy, water is turned off without any notice, today they changed the gate code, they sent a email after noon, everyone still at work, to lazy to give us a 24 hour door notice, so people got home and couldn’t get in the gate. there’s more, you are required to have renters ins, they put door notices to provide updated info yesterday after 5pm, to a lot of renters, in the meantime they blocked all electronic rent payments, with no notice. there is a safety issue no lights in the courtyard or pool area. they now have changed hours effective monday, and sent a email today, new hours 8:30 — 5:30pm, so if you work 8 – 5 your outta luck, no weekend hours. its a total mess. have had a kitchen light that is busted for a month now, also a non-working stove top. $ 3.15 per month pest control 140 apartments @ 12 months is over $ 5,000 a year, i’ve been sprayed twice in 2 years. they put in a very nice grill over the summer but it is still not operable. just stating the facts, its unfortunate nice neighbors and grounds but … this was in june 2015: great place to live, very poor management. they replace electric meters on a hot summer day, 99 outside. 85 inside. they claimed it would be done in 1015 minutes, took over 3 hours i’m disabled, the manager could care less, voicemail is always full. management lies to your face. nice place as i said, too bad management is not right. nice pool area

Very well-kept apartment home complex. Staff and management are kind, understanding and fix any issues fast. Hidden in a dead-end street close to 635 and Preston Rd and ValleyView Center(formerly ValleyView mall) where a whole new artist community is drawing culture-seekers. Thankfully, all the traffic issues and blockages have been fixed on Preston @ 635 so getting in and out of the area is easier than ever for the most part. Apartments here are going to be more affordable than many complexes that are soon to arrive once the mall starts to undergo it’s next incarnation, so it would be good to get in while you can. Strong qualifications seem to weed out the riff-raff, which if you’re a small family or are concerned about personal safety, the whole area is improving by the month.
