I called today looking for a needle in a haystack… literally. A duvet cover from over a year ago that I accidentally got bleach on doing laundry. Laura answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond to find this duvet, even sending me a picture via text to make sure it was the right one since it did not have a tag! The world(and other Pottery Barns) need more people like Laura, she should be recognized for her extraordinary service — going above and beyond to help the guest. Thank you Laura, thank you Pottery Barn Dallas, and I look forward to getting my item :)

I go into this store so often everyone recognizes me and stops to say hi. I have had Jeri Lynn & Hilary from the design team to my home to help me with my decorating. I always wait for a good sale but they are always willing to help me pick out items and furniture that I can purchase one at a time. First a beautiful bed, next a livingroom set.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Pottery Barn. Both, managers and designers are all very knowledgable and seemed genuinely interested in assisting me create my dream home. I really appreciate that they were not pushy. I received the at-home consultation. They helped me pick colors for my wall, gave me a lot of insight and listened to my ideas. I just love our home now. They’ve perfectly brought my style to life in a way that I could have never put together by myself. I’m very happy. Thank you so much guys!

Ms. Jones is a frequent flyer of Pottery Barn and while I think this place has a beautiful store, the customer service leaves so much to be desired. Let’s just call a spade a spade – when a store is as expensive as Pottery Barn is, you expect a minimum of customer service… you WON’T find it here. Rude, inattentive clerks(I mean really – why do you have such an attitude? You are a sales clerk at a retail furniture store – not a highly sought after designer!), who are visually more interested in starving themselves than being nice and welcoming to customers(despite the fact every time I’ve been there, there is no one else in the store). Go to another Pottery Barn – there must be another location better than this one.

It’s a Pottery Barn, and if you know what to expect, then you’re going to like it. If you go in thinking you’re gonna just pick something up by chance, well, you better be well-off or you’re in for a rude surprise. Pottery Barn, for me, it like a step above Crate & Barrel price-wise and product-wise. I prefer Crate & Barrel mainly because I can afford it much easier than Pottery Barn at this point in my life. Don’t get me, this Pottery Barn, like any location, has really nice stuff, but the price point is way beyond even consideration most of the time. I have«shopped» at this particular location twice, but I have passed through several times on my way to and from the underground parking area(the stars let out just to the right of the entrance). I will say, though, if you’ve got money to spend and want to put it toward some nice home furnishings, you can’t do much better than Pottery Barn. I will most likely consider Pottery Barn when my wife and I are shopping for a new bed in within the next few years.
