Pollo Regio

Super yummy when I’m feeling like something quick and affordable. Their drive thru line usually pretty long, so that’s always a good sign! Try their rotisserie chicken combos that come with rice, beans, and tortillas. I also love their Caldo de Pollo (chicken soup), so soothing like grandma makes. They have a humongous burger that’s bananas. Flautas are good. Totally recommend this place.

This one is hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is cooked right other times it seems boiled. The prices on the drive thru are incorrect. They haven’t changed to match current prices. I won’t come back to this one anytime soon.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, because what I got in my chicken is unacceptable!!! I ordered a half chicken and once I opened the bag of chicken and started to spread my chicken on my tortilla, I noticed something green and black in my chicken breast! It was mold, disgusting and I wouldn’t recommended anyone going to this pollo regio!

Steak fajita burrito was lame. Small. Cheap greasy meat. Nasty hard greasy rice and beans. Maybe I should have ordered the grilled chicken.

A friend of mine suggested this restaurant. We went on a Sunday and it was very busy, which is a good sign where food is good.
I ordered the half chicken plate. It came with the leg, thigh, breast on the bone, some tortillas, two sides (rice and beans) and a big roasted onion.
The chicken was definitely the star, it was perfectly grilled, juicy and flavorful. The rice was okay, a little bit dried for my taste. The text-​mex beans were bland and overcooked. They should have another side to choose from.
I did enjoy their variety of salsas and pico de gallo. It complimented the meal just fine.
The downside was the small and dirty dine-​in restaurant. Pick up and take home would be ideal.
Good food overall.

I’m a fan of the Pollo Regio Chain, this location has Drive thru but you have to order at the window, so that might back up the line a little !!!
