Stopped in for a quick bite before a football game. The pizza and appetizers were great and the service was awesome. The restaurant was large enough to accommodate large crowds. Everything g we ordered was great.

Over priced, slow service, staff knows little to none about the food they serve.
Go to Publix and get DiGiorno. You will get a better pizza and better service.
Or, take the drive to Marietta Pizza Co.

I must say that our first visit here was not so pleasant. We decided to give it another try Sunday afternoon. We are so happy that we did. Wonderful servers. Despite how busy they were, all employees were so Friendly and attentive. The pizza and appetizers were great. We definitely will be back.

Ordered a large half cheese and half sausage and peppers for pick up. When we arrived we were given a half cheese (very little cheese) with ground hamburger and peppers. Told that we could make you the correct pizza but take about another 25 mins to make & a shrug. Won’t be going back :(

This pizza was delicious. I had a white pizza with spinach and mushrooms. The crust was perfectly crispy with and awesome flavor… It was gone before I even thought to post a pic for you all! My friends had the wings that come with tater tots… And for one order the send what felt like an entire bag of tots, I recommend sharing rather than getting multiple orders.
Our service was really great too, I would recommend this place to anyone in the Dallas area.

I’ve got to be honest. We’ve been there twice recently and it was not great either time. I have lots of friends and neighbors that used to swear by this place that have since moved on to other places nearby. I know why now.
First, the pizza is pretty good. Not super, but pretty good. It goes down hill from there. The garlic rolls are Hawaiian bread rolls with only the slightest hint of garlic. There just plain bad. And the wings… well. I’ve seen many, «these are the best wings ever» posts (or similar) on here. Clearly, employees or friends of the owners are writing these. We ordered boneless wings during our last meal and they look like individual chicken nuggets rolls with sauce (similar to frozen pizza rolls). It was actually quite funny when they came out. I couldn’t even tell they were wings.
It’s a shame because the place is close by, but the food is sub-​par, the service is iffy, and atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. We won’t be back.

Can’t say that I would order from here again. Got delivery. Got wings (not bad, but pretty pricy and didn’t come with celery), 4 slices of pizza since everyone wanted something different. I tried to order the Deluxe slice and they said they didn’t do that. The lady taking the order said she didn’t know the closest thing to it to order so we got a slice of veggie and added pepperoni. It was pretty awful. The vegetables were either not cooked at all or completely overcooked and almost no sauce at all. The salad looked NOTHING like what it did in their pictures and tasted really old.
All in all, it was pretty underwhelming and expensive.

First time here and we all loved it. Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. Others ordered the «kitchen sink» pizza. I had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and my daughter had Chicken Parmesan rolls. Additionally, we ordered french fries, onion rings and cheese wedges for appetizers for the table. Everything was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the «shack sauce» which is a Esperanza sauce (a creamy parmesan dressing) for dipping. Only compliant was that they were out of Bread Knots early on a Friday night. :(. Also, the live entertainment was very enjoyable. We will come back very soon.

This is the best pizza I have ever had! I came to visit my parents and we ordered take out from here. I was welcomed by two wonderful and sweet girls when picking up, and when we got home, I was AMAZED by the flavor!!! I am very disappointed this is not near me, or this would be a definite favorite.
Also…The guy who gave the «.22» cent remarks and a terrible review needs to go out more. No one gives change anymore buddy, how many bags of change do you expect these servers to carry around? You should be leaving a tip and can calculate your change if it is that big of a deal. Plus, if you are worried about your change, pick a dollar menu at a drive through where change isn’t an issue and you can get all your pennies back.

Great value and authentic Italian food. I would recommend going to visit The Pizza Shack. Try the $ 5 lunch specials
