Photographique is literally the one of the most amazing business experiences I have had. I
I can’t recommend this place more. They took the time to teach me everything about working in a darkroom again for the most nominal price– took the care and consideration with my work as if it was their own, which is so rare… and every little thing I did for an upcoming photography show would not have been possible without their amazing service and kindness. Photographique is the best photography experience I’ve had in a long time and I can not recommend this business more. If you use their services you will feel just as thankful for their amazing service as I was! don’t know who wrote the one star review– but whoever did– its not at all true. This place is a rare gem.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a store. I had an assignment for a film class due the next day and the store owners helped me step by step in the dark room to make sure I was printing everything correctly. When I first came in they said that I would have about an hour because I came an hour before they closed, which meant I would only be able to do a few prints. The owners stayed late and continued to help me and allowed me to finish my project. Both two of the sweetest people I’ve met. Everyone in the store definitely knows what they’re doing in regards to printing.

Great customer service and the only place in Dallas that still develops b&w film. I have a really old rare camera and they were able to help me learn how to use the camera and showed me how to load and unload a roll of film that they gave me. I’ll keep going back for the amazing service.

I would not recommend this store. I went because of the review on Unilocal that praised their customer service. I needed an old photo restored and 2 duplicates. They quoted me $ 190. While they were making my quote the staff was bickering and being caddy towards each other. I thought the quote was a bit pricey so I took it to Arlington Camera. The service was much better, and impeccable work was done for $ 11.93.

I just moved and found boxes of slides, prints and film. Started to try and scan them– well I found out why you need a professional to do this job. My scans looked ok but not the way I remembered — I looked online and I decided to give the job to them. They are a family business that really took the time to professionally educate me (try to help me save money) and help me pick out what I wanted to save– but I actually wanted to get everything saved to digital and even made a few dozen extra prints for my extended family’s. I felt I trusted them with my treasures so I did the whole job. You will be amazed with the delivery of your work and the packaging puts the finest stores to shame. It’s first class, I also got a bunch of frames, they put in the prints wrapped them like gifts for a king. They really did an unbelievable job. I was just looking at them again and am just overwhelmed at my results. I can’t thank them enough. I shared them with my family and my wife was in tears looking back at our trips and life together. Thanks again for bring back my memories. They even restored my wedding picture that was stuck to the glass– they work miracles. Now I understand why the couple that was waking out was all choked up when I first arrived at their business. Old pictures really bring back feelings.
