Phillip J Eichhorn, MD

On the basis of Rachael M’s outstanding review, I called to try to get an appointment, and though I didn’t get that, what did I learn but that Dr. Eichhorn is retiring. The person who answered the phone, however, was nice enough to offer to email me a list of the dermatologists the Dr. has mentored so that I might be able to get an appointment with someone just as good.

I tried Dr. Eichhorn based on a friend’s recommendation and, not that I should be shocked, but it was a great visit. He is very friendly & personable, but also is a straight shooter. By the time I left his office, I knew much more about my skin than I did when I entered and I had an entire list of my full treatment options. I also had a plan of attack, which most doctors aren’t great at nailing down on a first visit. Overall, though my appointment was brief, it was extremely beneficial. Dr. Eichhorn even managed to give my skin a quick once over to check for pre-​cancerous spots. All clear, yay!
Dr. Eichhorn has been named one of America’s Best Doctors several times and seems to have a loyal following of patients. I will continue to visit him in hopes of continued great service & staving off skin cancer.
