Petals and Stems is AMAZING! I placed an order on a Saturday around 9:30 AM and by 10:30 AM the recipient had received her flowers. The arrangement was better than expected! I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a florist locally. Thank you tons for the wonderful service Petals and Stems!

Great quality and turn time. I ordered a big arrangement at noon for same day and they made it happen. Plus it was gorgeous. I will definitely order again.

I send my mother flowers every year for Mother’s Day (I live out of state). I usually use Mockingbird Florist or McShan Florist but thought I would try a new place this year.
After seeing all the amazing reviews for Petals and Stems I placed an order. I ordered the ‘Your Sweet Smile’ arrangement and upgraded to the Premium arrangement for $ 75 (standard was $ 55).
After seeing all their images online I figured it would be an amazing arrangement. I order flowers approximately 10x a year and I have never been so disappointed at the quality of an arrangement. The arrangement I ordered looked cheap and horrible. They leaves looked fake and plastic. Even the vase was an ugly hourglass shape.
I am was beyond mortified when I saw the pictures my mom had sent me of her arrangement. Of course she was happy to receive flowers, but as far as my standard of what a ‘premium’ arrangement is supposed to look like, Petals and Stems did not nail it.
I could have gotten flowers at Costco and made a way better arrangement and not have spent close to $ 100.
Not only was this not a Premium arrangement — it didn’t even deserve to be in the standard category. Even Albertson’s has prettier arrangements than what was sent.
Thanks, but I will keep my business at McShan Florist or Mockingbird Florist.

I was looking for a local florist to send some flowers to my sister in the hospital. Petals and Stems got a great review on Unilocal,so I gave them a call. I requested an arrangement to be sent same day or the next morning, whatever they could do. They were delivered 2 hours later. WOW! They arrangement was beautiful and I was beyond impressed with their speedy delivery.

Ordered flowers for my niece returning home from the hospital… Never arrived ! Really disappointed!

This was my first time ordering flowers in Dallas, TX (I live in San Francisco) and the occasion was a very important one to me.
After I placed the order online, someone from the store called me to let me know that my friend, the recipient, was traveling for the next week and that they will be happy to sell the $ 70 arrangement I ordered and redeliver it to her when she gets back.
The flowers weren’t meant as a surprise, it was a sympathy bouquet for her loss of a beloved pet, but I had no idea that my friend was traveling and I didn’t want to bother her with flower delivery logistics.
The fact that this flower shop went above and beyond truly amazed me. Moreover, it restored my faith in humanity. Good karma coming your way, Petals & Stems! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I am a huge flower snob, VERY picky. I grew up in Fort Worth mid cities area and now I am in Austin and Dallas so finding a florist in Dallas caused me stress. Many are REALLY expensive and some have awful reviews. Petals and Stems didn’t so I tried them. I am SO happy I did! They were awesome! They really want your business and happiness. I ordered two arrangements around 3 or 4 pm and they had them delivered by 9:15a the next morning along with a little gift for myself thanking me for the order! Who else would do that? I am hooked! They will do all our orders from here on!

After getting an email from our Ebby Halliday office manager about the great service Petals and Stems provided to her, my husband decided to go over and grab an arrangement for me. FIVE days later, the arrangement looks better than the day he bought it. I have since heard through my office that several other agents have used them and had great results as well.

I used Petals & Stems for the first time yesterday, and have nothing but great things to say! From the beginning to the end, it was a wonderful experience!
I had a $ 15 off coupon for the first time visit that was applied, and the lovely woman on the phone gave me FREE delivery as a first-​time customer. Paying was quick and easy, and a receipt was sent to my email immediately.
Not only was customer service an A+, but the receiver LOVED her arrangement. I will definitely continue to use Petals & Stems!
