I was just about to spend $ 80 on shoes here. After multiple attempts they were unable to get their credit card reader to process my credit card, on all four of their machines. I left the store without shoes and a hold on my debit card for fraud, because of the amount of times Payless tried to process my card. My bank told me if they would have typed in my card manually it would have worked. The employees clearly need better training on how to handle this situation because now they have a very pissed off, very loyal customer who has no shoes and wasted a trip to the mall.

I got 4 pairs of work appropriate, good quality, shoes for 40 dollars. Thats all I have to say about that.
