Three months ago I placed an order for some hanging bird deterrents with Parsons Pest Control via their website and paid via Paypal. I have not received my paid for product. They have not responded to my questions or requests for action. They have ignored my Paypal refund request. Paypal has now closed the case because it is past 45 days of the original transaction. Looks like I’m out $ 65. If my product does eventually arrive, it’s no longer needed or wanted now. Should have looked on the net for other reviews/complaints of non-delivery, rude receptionist issues etc. before placing my order. There are plenty. Would I recommend this company? NO Would I order from them again? NO Would I encourage other disgruntled customers to voice their complaints? YES! has some interesting complaints about this company. P. S. If Parsons Pest Control happens to read this review, and takes some responsibility for their business actions, I am willing to change my rating and review. **Happy customers will spread the word to 1 – 2 people. Unhappy customers will tell 100 people!!! ****The internet reaches millions!!!
