Dr. Parnell is absolutely awesome! Great guy all the way. Friendly, like able, smart, sound decision making, really cares for the patient. He operated on my 17 year old daughter… highly recommend him for your medical needs. He stayed with her all the way thru the ER… always telling her «that’s why we are here… we will figure this out.» He visited her in her room… and if he couldn’t he sent his daughter, Dr. Wendy Parnell! And, she is awesome as well!

I absolutely love Dr. Winfred Parnell. He has been my doctor for several years now. He’s patient, he communicates well. I can trust his advice. He actually listens to my concerns. Doc is very witty. I don’t have to wait long when I have appointments. I can’t compliment him enough. He is the best of the best! I would recommend him to everyone.
