Park It Valets recently began providing valet service to my apartment building, Fiori at Vitruvian Park. We had a significant parking problem: garages were filling up, street parking was hard to come by, and guests had to go through a particularly annoying process to get a pass for the guest garage. The new Park It service has been great. They have a couple tiers of service that include everything from parking vehicles and providing complimentary Escalade service for residents to car washes and helping you bring up your groceries. They are now onsite 24⁄7 and I’ve seen maybe a dozen different valets, each of whom has been very attentive and professional. The tier I’m signed up for includes unlimited valet parking for myself, my fiancée, and up to 2 guests at a time. If we call down, we can ask them to fill up our gas tank and they’ll simply add the balance onto our monthly bill. They’ll also help bring up groceries or other heavy items, get our cars washed, and drive us around in the fancy Fiori Escalade. They do a lot of one-off parties, so if you need valet service for just a few hours, they’re always happy to help. But if you happen to be an apartment building looking to add a new service offering and want to chat withs someone about some options, these guys have the chops for it. I’ve met and spoken with the owners, Chris and Jerome, a couple times also. They are cool guys, easy to talk to, and happy to answer any questions. One of the things that’s noteworthy about this business is that it is family-owned. Chris and Jerome are brothers, and at the grand opening at Fiori, their parents were out manning the registration table. It says a lot about a business when an entire family is bought into it and supporting it, as opposed to it being some shady guy operating from behind his laptop and a bunch of Craigslist ads. Hats off to Park It for putting some great service offerings together!
