It was my 30th and my cake was NOT what I expected. I’m paying for it right ?! So, I do believe that I’m entitled to have it made the way I want it. This was not the case. Steer away if your into custom made cakes because mine was a custom made disaster. With lettering on the cake that looked like what a kindergartener could do. When I brought it up to the owners attention she looked at me like I was making up a lie and even defied my actions. She didn’t even try to make make it better and instead argued that this is what I wanted. Again, I wasn’t getting this cake for free and I know what I wanted sure wasn’t what she gave me. She even had the picture. Shame on you owner!!! I will not be ordering cakes from here again. Had I known that I would be treated like this, I would have spent my money else where. To make matters worse, she even questioned me when I told her that she lacked customer skills as I too work with customer service. I know it wasn’t her birthday and she could care less which is exactly how she came across, one suggestion learn to say no I can’t make the cake you want and also get rid of the nasty I don’t care attitude. It’s too bad because the regular pastries do taste great.
