Customer service is a joke. They rarely answer their phone and when they do they commit to things but don’t deliver. I told them I was coming to pick up my charger and order batteries and drove 30 miles yo south Dallas. When I got there at 3:15 they had locked the door and would not answer the phone. Their black Lexus was parked by the door but guess they did not want to be bothered. When I finally got in touch with someone the next day I was lectured that I should know they close at 3;00. Seriously? No hours on the building, no phone number, wrong address on Unilocal and literally drove to the wrong address first time I tried to do business. If they were the last golf cart shop in Dallas I would drive to Houston to avoid having to deal with their lack of customer service.
