I didn’t know what to expect when I came but was very satisfied. The staff help me choose their favorite items and the food came hot and seemed fresh. I don’t normally have this place in mind since I am nearby, but it’s a great option that’s not easily noticeable.

It was okay. The poblano soup was kind of bland. Texas chili should not have beans but was okay.

This was my first time at Oliver’s and I was very impressed. I went based on the menu options and other Unilocal reviews. I had the turkey burger and fries and it was delicious! Ordered 3 for my family. We waited about 10⁄15 min for the to go order and waited on the patio. Love the outside seating very quaint. Even though we had a buzzer to let us know when to pick the order, the nice girl who took our order brought it out to us. Everything we needed was in the bag, didn’t have to ask for a thing. Got home and the food was so fresh! We will be returning soon hopefully making this a great go to place.

Airport folks recommended this place. Salads are freshly prepared and are just the right size for lunch. I had the BBQ ranch grilled chicken salad which was excellent. Look forward to coming here on the next flight to Addison.

My bf and I love this place! Great food, friendly staff, and fast service! My favorite thing to get is the Big O’ Burger and my bf loves their Cranberry Spinach Salad. It’s only a 3 minute drive from our apartment, so we come here pretty often! They have a lot of good options, and since I usually get my usual burger, I haven’t tried much of anything except for their Sun-dried Tomato Penne Pasta with chicken. Definitely a great spot!

I didn’t check on this place in Unilocal before strolling in with some family for a casual dinner. None of us had been here before and I was a little worried when only about a tenth of the seats were occupied. But I’ll chalk that up to it being a Tuesday at dinner time because the food was delicious. This place is probably really busy at lunch because it serves a wide array of sandwiches, salads, burgers, pastas, and personal pizzas. I got a bison burger with sweet potato fries. It was all really good and surprisingly the buttered wheat bun really stood out. A couple family members got pizzas and enjoyed them as well. Will definitely be back to try some other things off the menu. Plan for about $ 10−15/person unless you snag a beer or glass of wine.

Only been there once, but it was pretty good. I got the roast beef sandwich(add lettuce — no charge) sub broccoli for the chips($ 1 extra) and it was a pretty good sandwich. The service was pretty good and the location was clean. I had no complaints. I will probably return for another lunch stop.

I probably come here once a week after the gym to pick up dinner. I always get the BBQ chicken salad and Santa Fe salad. They are always fresh and the meats are tasty! They close up at 9 on week nights which is kinda early for me during the summer but otherwise I really like it!

This has become my boyfriends and my favorite local spot. We recently moved here from Chicago and were in search of a spot that had a great variety of food that’s local. The prices are great, the food is great(especially the pizza), and they have great beer specials for my boyfriend. The customer service is great and we never wait long for our food. The location for business isn’t the greatest as they are in a strip mall filled with little restaurants, but it definitely stood out to us and we’re glad we took the chance in trying it!

When a friend suggested Oliver’s for lunch, I agreed without hesitation. Oliver is a thinking man’s name and I just assumed that there would be a lot of thought put into a restaurant called Oliver’s. I never judge a book by its cover(though it seemed to work out pretty well for me in kindergarten) but between the strip mall location and the dingy lighting, any hopes of thinking I’d found a diamond in the rough were quickly vanquished. I quickly Unilocaled the reviews and compliments and found one review(not naming any names BRIAN D) who mentioned that the(alleged) ½ lb burgers were ‘too big’. Being a man who’s never in his life described a burger as ‘too big’, I fell prey to the Unilocal version of click bait and took Brian’s(not his real name!) advice. Ugh. The burger was more akin to a McDonald’s Quarter Pounder in size — flat, pre-formed, and in no way, shape or form approaching 8oz in pre-cooked weight. I should’ve been on notice that this wouldn’t be a fresh hand molded burger when the counter dude didn’t even ask me how I wanted it cooked. The taste was somewhere south of McDonalds and the sole saving grace was the friendly counter pickle jar that saved me the hassle of asking for ‘extra pickles’. Fries were average. Soda fountain permitted free refills so I won’t say that Oliver isn’t at least trying. But trying doesn’t cut it in Springfield. As the Great Homer Simpson once said: «If at first you don’t succeed, give up… you tried your best and failed miserably. The lesson is ‘Why Try?’» Doh! Zoinks! Foiled again!

I used to love this place. After driving here 15 minutes past two dozen other restaurants the staff refused to unlock the patio furniture despite it being Saturday night Sunny and 80 degrees. Had to get the manager on the phone. After that the busser unlocked a table for us but didn’t wipe it down. Why have outside patio seats if they’re going to be locked up. This place service has tanked and definitely will think twice before coming back.

Not exactly a 4 but more like 3.5 Location is in the same complex as Sushi Robota and Albertson’s. I had #27 which is southwest chicken sandwich, has grilled chicken, swiss cheese, lettuce, chipotle mayo and tomato. The sandwich is on a panini bread and comes with fries on the side. When I first got my meal they forgot to add the chipotle mayo. After they added it on the sandwich tasted a lot better and the chipotle mayo wasn’t as spicy. On another note the chicken might have been over cooked because there was a tough hard line on the side of the chicken. It scrapped the inside of my mouth and when I touched the piece it was stiff. Not sure what it was but that knocked a point off. The fries were regular french fries and these were cooked perfectly! You order at the counter and they serve the food to you at the table. The condiments and napkins were only at the front so grab some because the sandwich was messy. I chose #27 because the cashier told me it was the most popular. Next time I hope to try something else because #27 wasn’t my favorite. If you are around this area they deliver but it depends on where you live. The delivery minimum is 2 entrees and gratuity is not included.

The ambiance here is very calm and relaxing. The music was a lot of John Mayer and Jack Johnson, not too loud and not too soft. I went around 4:30 on aSunday afternoon and 2 tables were occupied. I noticed they sell beer and wine and kids eat free Saturday and Sunday. They will also cork your wine for you to take home. My friend and I enjoyed the fettuccini and the half sandwich/soup special. The sandwich was the pecan chicken salad and the soup was the chicken poblano. All the food was phenomenal. The service was wonderful. The cashier was helpful and offered samples of both the soup and the chicken salad. He also delivered our entrees to the table in a friendly manner. When we left he gladly have us a to go box and thanked us for our visit and asked us to return.

RECOMMEND! Honey Crisp Salad was great but I substituted tuna salad in replace of the chicken. The Asiago Chicken pizza is a MUSTTRY.

A friend recommended this eatery to us on Christmas, as we live nearby so we tried it on a late rainy afternoon. The place was very clean, only one other customer and with a massive menu board. Service at the counter was friendly and courteous. I ordered the chili, listed as a customer favorite. I should’ve asked about its heat before ordering: I found their chili a little too seasoned(read SPICY) for my taste buds… no matter how many soda crackers you add, you cannot offset a spicy chili. The experience was middle of the road.

Atmosphere: Came in and it was pretty dead… just us initially and then 2 sets of patrons followed. One came in for a pick up. Quiet, plenty of space, friendly enough staff(the girl that took our order wasn’t my favorite, but the guy popping in and out of the kitchen was friendly). They will bring your food to your table when it is ready… self serve drink fountain, self serve condiments(like croutons, cherry peppers, etc.). Food: Okay. Nothing special. I ordered the Big O with bacon, fries and a side salad. The burger was not memorable. It was a good size but nothing about it made me want to come back for another one. The side salad and fries were pretty much the same. Side Note: I asked if they had half size salads because I didn’t want a whole one but they don’t do that(might be nice to add to the menu though).

The food was good and the employee’s were friendly. It’s a small place but hey, it’s just pizza and salads. We had a good time here with our big group of friends who like to travel around and try new places. I am sure we were more entertaining to the employee’s. They probably could write a review about us instead of us about them. LOL I tried the Margarita pizza which was really good and I had Chardonnay wine. This was a nice dive/hole in the wall place. Very casual.
