I first came to this store with my wife because it was the store that my father in law got his vitamins. My wife and I visited the store and walked away with some awesome fish oil, hair and skin vitamins, magnesium and vitamin C. A month later my anxiety got really bad due to work and I was having trouble sleeping. I remembered how knowledgable Steven the owner was and how he gave he’s advise on some brands, supplements and prices. So I called him up and explained to him that I was sleeping next to nothing at night due to my anxiety. He advised me to come in and he would talk to me about some options. I walked away with a bottle of L-​Theanine and other supplements and never looked back, I was sleeping better more relaxed and I was no longer constantly drained.
I have to say that the store is always clean, organized and you will always get exceptional customer service.

I have been doing business with this amazing store for years. Steve is a licensed Nutritionist
and always has everyone’s best interest at heart. This is a family owned business and his son and daughter also work with him and are great with making sure you get the best information that will help you with all your needs. I highly recommend them. I am blessed to be able to have such a awesome health food store that really cares about everyone and is truly honest,
and wants to make you feel good and is not in the business of just selling you things that you don’t need.

They are very up to date on what’s new in the health food/​vitamin industry. They also don’t carry a lot of the «junk» supplements that other health food stores do; they have quality supplements.

We own the acupuncture clinic across the street from this shop, and we regularly send clients here for supplements because 1.) they’re really smart and know their stuff, and 2.) they carry extremely high quality products. Our community is lucky to have this wonderful resource in our backyard.

It’s nice to carry books about repelling mosquitoes and the like,
similar to a book called, «Beyond Bed Bugs» by H.L.Bevering that can save lives to any location without using pesticides on yourself and safely indoors. updates about West Nile Virus and malaria with much more. Everyone can this online and help to save lives safely.

This is a small little health food shop in the Old Lake Highlands area that is a real gem. The owner is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes time to get to know his customers and helps them find what they really need, not what he wants to sell. You will get a personal touch here, not like the chains where the reps don’t know anything and don’t particularly care. The location is in the burbs – NW Highway and Easton Rd– but if you need some vitamins or supplements and want personal attention, this is your place.
