When it comes to appraisers stay away from this group. They really do not understand the market and have no justification when coming up with a value. When an error was presented by a license realtor on why they didn’t use certain comps, their answer was basically we are right and the realtor’s wrong. For example, all of the houses were going for 98−110/square foot in the neighborhood but this appraiser came up with a value of $ 93/square foot for the subject property. Obviously they don’t know how to appraise property. I asked them to call me since I paid for there services but they never call me.
