EXTREMELY poor business practices. My friends and I drove across town only to find that the business closed 15 min prior to the stated closing time on the website AND door. A worker opened the door and pretended to not speak English ONCE we started complaining about the discrepancy between the stated business hours and the time they closed. He just shrugged and locked the door. They are in a pretty rough part of town, and if they feel uncomfortable being open that late… they should change the business hours posted on the door! This is too bad because I really loved their watermelon yogurt, but I won’t be going back or recommending to any of my friends/family.

It’s interesting that frozen dessert options are extremely lacking in this part of downtown so my friend and I settled for this place. The first thing I noticed was the surprisingly small flavor options with fewer than ten choices and even smaller selection of add-on. The price is average and the taste is solid, and the shop gets the job of fulfilling froyo craving done. However, if you are looking more variety that an average froyo shop offers, you will be disappointed.

I was very disappointed in this place. I went there one night and they were closed, yet the buisness hours said they were open. I called the next day two times and no one answered the phone… Again, during business hours. Will never go back.

I recently visited this place with my son while traveling to Dallas. My son & I, ended up walking out due to the poor customer service. Even though it was only 2 blocks away, we decided to take our business elsewhere! Unlike other frozen yogurt places, this place doesn’t allow you to sample the yogurt flavors! I’ll just stick to my frozen yogurt chains that promote their business & strive for customer service!

Came by to get a dessert after dinner. Came to the door and noticed it was locked. We were confused because the sign said open until 11. We knocked on the door and then someone came out to tell us that they were already packing up. Very disappointed and they should update their times if they were planning on closing earlier.

Pretty good yogurt and great location. Great flavor sand amazing choice of toppings. Price is average. Location is perfect for downtown and hours are good. Very clean and comfortable location. The only real down side is the lack of tasting options… however, I have worked and lived in the area a couple years and I understand why the offer is not extended. Just be adventurous and have fun, it’s just yogurt! :-)

we got there at 9:35 Sunday night and although it said they were open they had their light off and all yogurt machines off. The clerk let us in and said she was tired, that’s why she closed early. We really wanted frozen yogurt so we got containers and tasted some of it– the mango tasted like the pink lemonade(flavor listed next to it). Then we tasted the vanilla, it was super icy and not worth paying for. Looked over and saw all the toppings had been put away. We left. Gross.

Surprise find while in West End area of Dallas. Just the dessert after lunch nearby. Had several new flavors for us.

There isn’t anything special about this froyo place. It’s pretty ordinary… all froyo flavor are pretty standard as well as toppings. They do not offer sample cups which is a bit of a disappointment. I wanted to try a couple flavored before making my decision. The lady thought I was joking when I asked if I could sample a few flavors. If you live in Downtown this is a good location. I wouldn’t want to ever make a special trip down here for My Yogo.

Yum. Freshest fruit I’ve ever seen at a self-service yogurt bar. Wide variety of flavors of yogurt; mango, watermelon, pomegranate, cheesecake, chocolate, original tart, etc. I watched someone get a smoothie one day and it was a labor of love for the girl behind the counter. She made a beautiful, tasty looking smoothie with lots of fresh strawberries and a fresh banana. The whole place was very clean and overall a really great spot to stop in and grab a treat!

Whyyyyyyyyyy!!! That was what my brain was saying when I left My Yogo. I’ll be honest, I’m giving this place two stars fully knowing there could be a giant R.O.U.S.(Princess Bride reference, people… get with it) sitting next to me trying to steal my yogurt and I’d still go back. It’s frozen yogurt, and it’s downtown. I love frozen yogurt, and I work in downtown. The equation is pretty simple. So let’s start off with a list, then. Shall we? What this place has: Wildly convenient location Very sweet lady behind the counter(the owner, I think) Self-serve frozen yogurt What this place DOESN’T have: Taster cups(ummm…what?!) A decent selection of toppings GOOD self-serve frozen yogurt Machines that vend a normal amount of yogurt Customers *sigh* The no taster-cup thing sort of set me off on a bad foot. She mentioned something about not having them because the yogurt comes out too fast and you get too much… she wasn’t kidding. The lady gave me a spoon to try one of the flavors and after my first attempt I just gave up and went with safe ol’ plain tart and a dollop of raspberry. They had maybe 10 choices of toppings, but I’ve seen better-looking fruit in my day. I know they just opened so I’ll give ‘em the fact that they’re probably still working out some kinks. And I’m sure once the trendy West End Station dwellers that live above this little place realize it’s here, business will be booming. Until then, here’s to second chances.
