I order and paid for a Pittsburgh Steelers rug for my brother in law for Christmas in October of 2012. As of June, 2013, it has still not arrived. I have made multiple phone calls, emails, and requested assistance politely to no avail. I would not recommend that anyone purchase from this company, as they clearly do not deliver.
