I purchased a Cal King Natural Forms bed for $ 3,700.00 back in August 2013, less than a year ago. I think in the time since I made my purchase I was only able to sleep through the night without back pain and that was because I had to take muscle relaxers. Two people cannot sleep in it at the same time without rolling into the middle and crushing each other(Design flaw). In the Cal King there are two air mattresses under foam and wool topping. Each night that I couldn’t sleep I would contact their customer service and I was told to reset the dial and each time didn’t seem to make a difference. Once I determined that the one side was not working, I spoke with Melanie(The customer Service Rep at My Ergo Bed) who e-mailed me a test. This test has me taking the bed a part sitting on the last two air containers at the foot of the bed for a few min. and then getting off the bed for a few min. and on and on several more times. Once it was established that this one side of the bed wasn’t working she passed me over to the manufacturer of the bed. Again I was asked to take the bed a part and do the same test and I was asked to take pictures of it with my cell phone and send it to them. At this point I was so angry that the Cust. Service Rep told me I didn’t have to take the pictures he would just take my word for it that it wasn’t working. By the way, it takes 3 weeks for them to send the new air mattress and send back the old one. So, if this is your only bed to sleep on, your screwed for 3 weeks. I had to sleep on the couch. Three weeks later I got the new air mattress and now it is doing the exact same thing. It is also past the 90 day trial period. So, they won’t take it back and refund me my money. The warranty only covers one year of parts. So, once it’s over you are stuck paying for the parts and shipping out of your own pocket from that point on. So far, this bed hasn’t even made it a year. I can’t imagine how much more money this crap will cost me to fix in the future to keep it working. My Ergo Bed customer service is excellent when you are within the first 90 days. My first encounter with the manufacturer of the bed Natural Forms was also OK. The first time. But, the second time I had to reach out to them I sent an e-mail to the finance guy(William) asking him to forward my e-mail to their customer service since I no longer had their contact Info. He replied very quickly that he forwarded it over. I waited a week and no one got back to me. So, I sent William another e-mail and a day later I got an e-mail from M’Liz telling me I would need the box to ship it back in. This gave me the impression that I would be able to send it back and get my money refunded. So, I went out and bought a box. Then I get an e-mail back days later telling me that they would not take the bed back because it was past the 90 days. After many e-mails going back and for the I finally got a call from M’Liz’s Manager Patty Ellis who point blank told me that I was only one in 1000’s who was having these issues and that she has one and loves it which really pissed me off more because I had read other bad reviews on line that all had the exact same issues as me. One review was even replied to by Melanie Bixler(Cust. Serv. Rep from My Ergo Bed). She also told me that if I wanted to return the bed I would have to go back to their reseller My Ergo Bed and back to Melanie Bixler. Which I did and who then replied back to me that I would have to work with Patty Ellis at Natural Forms. So, now I am in limbo with a broken bed and no other contact from either company. I spent $ 3,700.00 on a piece of crap bed that no one in my family can sleep on. Plus they are in TX. So, if you are in California which I am It would be a long drive to go dump that crap bed on their doorsteps. One other thing for you to know is that when you try and do your own online research about the company you have a hard time finding anything negative because their Marketing people do a great job at keeping their meta tags up front and center on google and other browsers. So, every browser page has something about My Ergo Bed. Every time they announce something or add a new positive review to their site it creates a meta tag and is added to the browser search engine(Google, Yahoo, etc…) You can go page to page on google and only see My Ergo Bed hoopla.(Which I’m sure they pay google very well for). In order for me to see the negative reviews I had to search many google pages out to find them in the back. Now I am sleeping in my sons bed while he is in school.(I Paid $ 600.00 on his queen sized bed a year ago).
