Mobil Lube Express

I went there seeking an oil change on my one of my cars that I don’t drive frequently, as it had been more than three months since the last change, but still less than 3k miles. They checked the oil level and quality and said they would change it if requested but it was unnecessary at that time. I’ll definitely be back in a month or so for my next oil change.

The guys @ this location continue to exceed my expectations! And today was no exception.
I have been bringing my Acura here for many years for the state inspection so that time rolled around again this month, and waiting until almost the last day, I was thinking they were going to be busy and I’d have to wait.
Pulled in @ 1105, promptly greeted by a smiling young man. I asked how long it would take and he responded «I’ll get to it right now». My, was he speedy. I was back in my car @ 1120! Check out was quick!
He was also kind enough to explain to me the new guidelines for «one sticker does all» which went into effect March 1^st. What I’ve read online is unclear and a tad confusing, but he clarified all my questions.
Yep, I am a loyal customer for any needs for my auto :)

This location is very close to my home so I have used it frequently. I had the oil changed in my 2000 Cavalier at the Mobil location off of Plano Rd and they put the oil drain plug back on without the gasket. Oil leaked everywhere in my driveway, took it back to the Plano Rd location and they put another drain plug one it and it was still leaking! I brought it to the location by my house (Forest Ln) and they corrected the issue in less than 5 minutes, they didn’t charge me a dime, and it never leaked again. They also found where another shop had punctured my oil filter with a pair of pliers on my Mitsubishi mirage, and they fixed the for free too.
Bottom line, I have never had an issue with this location or their employees. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They deserve 5 stars! I have been a loyal customer and in return they have always treated me well!
