After being lied to about the price of the watch that I purchased. I decided that I wanted to return the watch within the 30 day return policy found on the website. I returned the watch to the Dallas location on September 1st and I have yet to receive my refund(Sept 30th). I have had e-mails and phone calls ignored over the last month. I have also been lied to, Mr. Crasto told me he had processed my return, but after a week I contacted the store to have a different associate tell me that he(Antonio I think his name is) had just processed the refund that day and I should see the refund in 3 business days. It’s since been three business days and I have yet to receive a refund for a watch that I returned physically to this store location. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

The watches may look beautiful but they are not good quality. Had one for a few months, wore it only a handful of times and the face split. After 2 months of trying to get a solid answer of where to send it for repair, I reluctantly sent it to their Dallas address. It took nearly 3 months for me to get a watch back after being repeatedly deceived by their«Director of Customer Care». Every time I asked for a straight answer, all I got was lie after lie. I even contacted the two heads of the company and never received a response. Their customer service is beyond terrible. I would not purchase another watch from them, nor would I recommend that anyone else do so.

Not only does it come in various styles and colors, but it’s neutral balance and weightless engeneering has gotten me many compliments through out the years. I am a proud owner of two Mistura Timepieces and will one day own more. They are beautiful and exceptional. The quality and integrity of each piece is priceless. Handmade AND sustainable too?! The service and battery replacement alone is worth the affordability relative to overpriced, overproduced counterparts and make it worth it alone to purchase one. But the uniqueness of wearing custom art for me just adds to the experience in a way that’s hard to explain. I was in DC recently and someone said oh Mistura I have one too! And I thought wow! You are in the know!

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICEANDCHEAPWATCHES– SCAM! Do not buy from this company. We have had a $ 200 watch break 3 times. They fix the watch and then months later it breaks again. Cheaply made watches that you have to superglue back together. The service is the worst service I have ever dealt with. They do not respond promptly to emails. Then they say they ship things back to you and when you check, THEYHAVEN’T EVENSENTIT! They will not refund your money because they say they have nothing on record. What company does not keep a record of their goods??? BEWARE. I just want my money back after the third time of returning the watch and they will not give it to me. I WILLNEVER buy from them again and I am warning others to do the same.

I have no complaints about the watches themselves. On the other hand, the customer service is terrible. I will never purchase a watch from them again. I purchased the watch at an art and wine festival. I was told it would be mailed to me the following Monday. It took well over a week for them to mail the watch to me– it was just sitting in the warehouse. Once the watch arrived I decided it wasn’t something I wanted anymore because I didn’t like the way it looked on my wrist. I returned the watch within the 30 day timeframe. One of the reps called me the day it was returned and told me that they received the watch– great! Then told me to expect a call from another one of their associates to figure out how to return the money(how did they not know how to refund my money when they have records of all transactions??) Needless to say, I didn’t get a call the next day. I had to chase them down to find out how to get my refund and I still do not know if it will be happening anytime soon. I know this is a start-up but this problem is a huge flaw. They owe me almost $ 300 for the watch that I purchased that I have now been waiting and chasing them down to even figure out how I will receive my refund. This is unacceptable and I will never purchase a watch from this company again.

Mistura Timepieces are indeed a true work of art… they’re super-cool watches made out of wood! Luck found me visiting my high school BFF in Dallas & being the type of person who loves all things statement-making, large, & unique, soon as we saw these lovely watches, I knew I had to get it on my wrist Chose a basic, stained wooden watch but also saw they carried multicolored, painted versions as well — truly something for everyone. I liked how the staining on the wood really made it stand out & identify itself as its source wood material… a conversation-piece for sure! Best advice I can give is although they’re very comfortable to wear, be sure you don’t have your watchstrap too tight, as the buckle — which is also made out of wood — will break… this comes from experience But it actually also leads me to be able to comment on their superb customer service. Being outside my warranty period — I reached out to Mistura to inquire how to best get the watch over to them to replace the buckle, fully prepared to pay for the repair. Instead, they apologized for the damage, gave me an address where to send it & out of the blue, said they’d fix it for free And not only was it fixed, but my little watch was given a complete overhaul — the battery was replaced, it was polished up & looked good as new. Thanks so much for offering these amazing timepieces & also for providing over-the-top customer service! If you’re looking for a wearable piece of art & fantastic customer service, look no further!
