Miracle Work Moving Company

Can’t say enough about these guys. Punctual, communicative, friendly. I’ve used them twice in the past two years.

This looked like a good company so I tried contacting them about my move for 2 weeks. I filled out the online form twice, I called multiple times with no answer, and their voicemail was full so I couldn’t even leave a message. Awful.

This is my first Unilocal review and I’m giving it to Miracle Work!
I was shopping moving services on Groupon, I checked the review and decided to give it a try.
Nigel was polite on the phone as I were calling to make the appointment. He also clearly stated about the extra fee which might be coming with if you have stairs in any of your move-​in, move-​out places or any overtime fee, etc. He will provide you any two hours time frame that will meet your desired schedule, and explained that the time frame is for the crew members arriving time, then your clock will start ticking after they arrived.
The day before they will make a phone call to check again your appointment.
On the moving day (⁵⁄₂₉), they will call you 30 mins prior to the arrival. I really appreciate that they had this positive attitude for the entire moving process, which really stressed me out when I decided to move to my new place.

Following is just some suggestion:
Just some tips for you guys here wanting to move and looking for a suitable moving company, I believe that when it comes to move, you should always move any valuable s yourselves. I’ve read so many reviews on Unilocal,and most of the bad reviews are broken TV or other broken stuff during the transportation. Let me put this, people make mistakes and some mistakes even though could be compensated, but none of them could be undone. So for my case, I move all my dishes, cups, TV, laptop.etc. by myself.
After all, you are the one that care the most about your valuables, right? :)

They were friendly on the phone, great rates, even called to confirm the move– AND THEN NEVER SHOWED UP! They won’t answer my calls and the voicemail box is full. I’m extremely disappointed at their lack of consideration, and now I have 12 hours to book last minute movers at the peak of moving season.

I am so impressed by this moving company! They were on time, in uniform, ready to work hard and get my move done! The movers were professional and friendly. I’ve had some terrible movers before but these guys blew away all my reservations! They were hilarious — I felt like I was moving with friends! Everything was wrapped and transported in a well equipped trailer. When one of my ancient pieces of furniture lost a screw, he replaced it for me using a screw he had in the truck at no charge. That is some super star service. Plus, nothing broke! Superb work!!!

Awesome job! My furniture was well taken care of and they worked efficiently. They wrapped everything and did an overall excellent job. I will be using them again and referring them to anyone who needs moving services!

These guys are great! They arrived on time and their performance was awesome. They moved me for 3 hours out my house and wrapped everything and not damaging a single item. I would definitely use again and refer to anyone!
