I’ve had a really good experience with this office, everyone in the office is really friendly and inviting. Dr. Lee doesn’t pressure you into getting work done unless it’s absolutely necessary. Rather, he presents you with all the information and possibly outcomes before making a decision how to proceed. I had a small crack showing in one of my molars under a filling, instead of just trying to persuade me into going with a crown straight away, he removed the filling, assessed and determined another filling would suffice. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area!

Be careful. Dr Lee uses a lab that does not guarantee their work. I had to have my partial repaired in September 2011. I paid almost $ 300.00 (in addition to what my insurance paid) to have it fixed and less than six months later, it broke again in the same exact spot. When I went back to Dr. Lee, he mentioned that the lab didn’t think it would last very long, but the next time, they decided to fix it a different way that the lab thought would be a more permanent solution and charged me again. I asked why they wouldn’t guarantee their work and their reply was that they didn’t make the partial in the first place (it was made in Florida). Even though they had no problem charging me to «temporarily» fix it. If my partial were to break today, they wouldn’t guarantee it now, either. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which has been closed as «unresolved».
It’s too bad that this doctor’s office chooses to use this lab. Everyone in the office is very friendly, including Dr. Lee. But to me, it doesn’t matter how friendly they are if the service provided is of poor quality.
