So I went in today and this SA Ashley gave me a card for a discount. I shopped around for 10 minutes and decided to buy a handbag. I saw on the website that there’s an XS, an S, and an M size for the bag that I wanted. Apparently it’s S, M, and L at the store. I asked if the SA can show me all the sizes fpr the style I wanted. She had a look on her face that wasn’t very warm at all. She then left me while I chose. Didn’t even ask if I had any questions. Then I picked out the M sized one and looked for her and gave it to her for me to purchase. I waited in line for a bit since the line was long. When it’s almost time to pay, I paid $ 60 more than the price I saw. I already swiped my card and paid for the more expensive bag. I asked why it’s more expensive and it turns out they gave me the L sized one. The lady at the register didn’t know the merchandise at all she didn’t even check she just flat out told me there’s only a smalk and a large size for the bag. I showed hwr qhat Ashley showed me and I told her there were 3 diff sizes. I asked to switch it to the M sized one and Ashley was called and she explained that they didn’t have the M sized one in the color I wanted. I was so frustrated that not only did they not make an effort in getting me the bag I wanted to purchase but she gave me a more expensive and larger bag than what I wanted and she didn’t care to explain that they’re out. Sharks, I like to call them. I left the store without any purchase. Very disappointed. I love MK but this is the second store I went to and I just felt that SAs in these stores have a cold approach.

Staff were friendly but I was not comfortable that she kept following me. I chose the Jet set shoulder chain after just 5 minutes of trying the bag on under her staring, plus a guy staff«helped» me with his opinion: omg, so beautiful ! Its really beautiful ! You should see his face, it was like he hasnt ever seen anything beautiful like that. I just wished my husband acts the same way when I try stuffs :( At the cashier counter, the SA pulled out 2 bottles of leather cleanser and repellent and showing me how to use like I already agreed to buy them. They werent expensive so I was ok with it. Then another SA brought out for me a new bag in the back, I realized that it was without any original packaging. So I asked for a brand new one without opening. She was nicely explained to me that their company rule is handbag has to be taken off all the packaging when handle to customer while still fulfilling my request. I paid cash and went. Everything should end there. I stepped into Macys and saw them sale off 25% for MK handbag. So I headed back to the store to return the bag. I met the manager, he had poor attitude like its so silly and return is a strange thing ! Then he told me that he just can refund by check and send it to my address, I told him that I would move soon while I had no clue when the check would came. He said he couldnt do anything coz its company’s policy and they didnt have cash ?!! Excuse me, I just gave you cash 20 minutes ago ! So I ended up keeping the bag in upsetting. Im disappointed that a big company like MK would rather lose customer while they can issue a flexible resolve.

Nice size store… super tight during holoday season. Only two registers so be patient. Customer service is spotty.
