I switched from Verizon to save $ 50 a month. I set up automatic payments through my bank. First payment was sent back to my bank by Metro PCS. Unknown why. Then my phone was shut off and my account deactivated. So I can’t go online to make a payment through their portal. Can’t communicate to ANYONE at their end.(They don’t have people). I’m going to have to drive back to the store where I bought the phone and deal with the salesman about this. This is NOT a good business model folks!

Okay for the most part, but has it flaws… Customer service is just beyond terrible.
