3 out of the 3 times I’ve been here their system is down or not connected(after siting in line for 15 – 30 minutes) I barely want to eat at McDonalds as it is so with that 3rd strike I’m officially done with McDonalds I won’t be ever eating there again.

Our family was taking our grandpa to UT Southwestern(non-emergency) and stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast. The one-star review was not encouraging. However, the food was fast, the order was accurate, the store was clean, the workers were cleaning, the food was fantastic, and the manager was asking tables if they needed anything. Great experience!

I usually don’t write reviews for big chain restaurants, because you are all pretty much aware of what you are getting into, however I have had so many AWFUL experiences at this location that I had to write a review. I have worked next door to this McDonald’s for 7 years. There are several things that bother me about this place. 1)No matter what combo you order, they will always supersize it without asking you. 2)Their CC machine breaks constantly and they don’t take the time to put a sign on the drive thru, making you wait 15 – 20 minutes in line, then when you order your food and drive up to pay, they let you know, instead of just putting a simple sign at the menu. 3)Everyone is always RUDE!!! They act like they are doing you a favor taking your order. 4)God forbid your order is wrong or they missed-understood you, because they are always right and won’t listen to reason. I seriously think that they have a huge problem with their staff, they need to get their employees retrained in their customer service skills.
