McDonald’s

OK, so started coming here because another one never had ice cream. This one is usually OK but tonight, they’re really missed the mark. Ordered and paid in drive thru. Was asked for my receipt at the second window. Then told to go park in stall #2. 25 minutes later, I went inside and then they wanted to argue with me about my order. Asked me for my receipt. Told them the girl at the window had it. Wanted to argue that they didn’t have it. She brought it over, and they still didn’t want to give me my entire order. During this time, other employees were trying to take the wrong order to my car. No one was wearing name tags, so I can’t call out anyone specific, but even the managers were asking me for my receipt several times. Absolute chaos inside. No one knew where any of the orders were supposed to go and food was getting cold as they were bringing the bags in and out from wrong cars. People inside were complaining about the wait and they weren’t even that busy. Everyone, including the managers need a refresher course in customer service. I’ll probably not go back to this one. McDonald’s is going downhill fast!

My LAST visit to a McDonald s restaurant ever! D/​T time 20 minutes! Ridiculous! My order? 2 Cheeseburgers! I have written to you before about this same problem. Since you are not going to address the problem, My family, friends, neighbors and myself will never return to a McDonald s ever again. I will also inform strangers, anyone I meet and I may stand outside this store with a sign letting the rest of the Customer Service starved Public know that they won t be getting it at McDonald s. Not a good financial time to be ticking off Customers, Customers pay your paycheck!
