If you have an opportunity to go to MI for your PT – do it! It’s a beautiful office and the staff is fantastic. They’re both friendly and professional. I know that my recovery after a knee injury would not have been nearly as successful without Rich, Darren and their guidance. They’ve got all the newfangled equipment your heart could ever hope for as well as the patience to teach you to use it. If I ever needed to, I’d go back to Maximum Impact in a heartbeat!

Rich and staff are the best PT clinic you can go to. They treat you like family and genuinely care about you. I had ACL surgery 3 months ago, and I’ve been coming here for the past 14 weeks and every session I’ve had has been pleasant and I looked forward to coming and seeing everyone every time. You won’t regret trusting them with your health care needs!

After dealing with a painful hip flexor tear for a year and a half my doctor convinced me to try physical therapy. My doctor suggested Rich at Maximum Impact. He’s very personable and professional but I didn’t give him much chance of fixing such a long term problem. But the pain had become unbearable so I went. I can’t thank Rich enough. I was pain free after only 3 weeks. The staff is friendly, Rich is fantastic, the place was clean and enticing. I’m so glad I went.

Rich is the only physical therapist I will ever use again. I have had chronic shoulder issues for years. Rich has created a comprehensive plan to both strengthen the joint and improve my range of motion! He is incredibly knowledge while still communicating in a manner I understand. Working with him is a true pleasure and I would recommend him to anyone in need of therapy.

Rich at Maximum Impact has been working on a hip issue with me and I actually look forward to going to physical therapy! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing. I did not walk in with a diagnosis and he has work diligently to determine the cause of my pain and a course of treatment. My husband recently had microfracture surgery on his knee and is also receiving PT from Rich, he could not be happier with the results! I have had physical therapy at various other places, hospitals, strip centers etc. and this is by far the best experience. It is a very relaxed environment and the entire staff is great to be around. If you need therapy head here first, you will not be sorry!
