Lydia Player – Texas Premier Title

I can’t praise Lydia Player enough! Having bought and sold over 18 homes is the last 15 years, I thought i knew a bit about the in’s and out’s of the real estate business. Lydia quickly taught me to allow the professionals do it. Never have I had a realtor that worked so hard for me, putting my interest ahead of her gain. It is no wonder she was voted Top Realtor by Dallas Magazine!
I came to town looking for a new home and found Lydia Player. Lydia listened to my desires, and must have’s and can’t live with’s. With in a matter of days she found for me several homes to view, two of which had not been listed (this lady is connected). She walked me thru each, pointing out special features and flaw’s that I might have missed without her guidance. Her network of «friends» in the business brought me to my final select.
Lydia’s knowledge of the market and financing enabled the transaction to happen. She fought for me with the Seller’s agent (and got a substantial reduction in the final closing cost), the appraiser, and most of all the mortgage lender. Lydia knew the right people to call for ever repair, estimate, and opinion.
