Total train wreck. I purchased a groupon and called to make an appointment. The person answered and it took me a few minutes to even realize I called the right number. Once I did I made an appointment for a few days later (I should mention that he asked for the groupon number and marked it as redeemed as we were on the phone). They never showed up. No call, no apology, nothing. So I called Saturday– no answer. I called Sunday, got voice mail and got a call right back. Made another appointment. I took that day off since the appt was between 4 – 5. Guess what? They never showed. I called again… The owner answered and began to debate with me that he called and since no one answered he moved on! One– there was never a call– EVER that day except my 2 calls to report he didn’t show. Two– he wanted me to agree he could come start a 5 room cleaning after he left that job that he was only half complete at 6pm– Which would have been at least 8pm? I explained that was ridiculous and I was not going to have someone in my house until 11pm. After having to debate with him again regarding the fact that he had now completely blown off 2 scheduled appts I told him I wanted a refund and he said «which deal did you buy? And then said call them and get a refund». What a horrible experience– worst customer service I have experienced in years! Spend your money elsewhere!

Very Very Friendly (from what i assume) is a family owned business. I love supporting local when i can and i am sure glad that i did with this company. I originally hired them for carpet cleaning. the ease of scheduling was great and arrival was exactly on time. Due to me having 4 children and 3 cats, an additional treatment was recommended. this add on was explained clearly and at no time did i feel pressured to agree to it. Ultimately i did and i am glad that i did. I am pleased with the results. I was so pleased with the profession courtesy of the owner that i opened up about my needs for air duct cleaning. As i write this, he just left from his second visit where all my air ducts were cleared and treated along with dryer vents blown out. i appreciate the upfront discussions about what was needed and what was not. I feel lucky that i chose this company for my service needs and i would recommend them to my family and friends.
