I love going into Leslie’s Pools. They are always so friendly and very knowledgable. I always leave with the confidence I need to make sure I’m taking care of my pool.

Parts prices are getting crazy high. Needed two items for a Polaris 360 pool sweep. About $ 75 plus tax. Bought them online for $ 35, with free shipping and no tax. Saved over $ 40. Worth a few days wait. And recently bought a new pump online for $ 406, with free next day shipping. $ 590 plus tax at Leslie’s.

No diving…
Leslie’s has always been very helpful and responsive, as they should be. The biggest nit I have is the absolutely over-​priced ‘parts n’ stuff’ that are mostly cheap plastic. The thinking must be, if you’ve got a pool, you have a ton of discretionary income to throw (almost litreally) into it.
They are open 7 days, as stuff usually breaks on Sunday, so that is extremely helpful.

Most of the staff there is knowledgeable and they’ve always provided me with good customer service but their products are way over priced. I compared their prices for items such as chlorine tablets, shock and Pool Blaster products to prices you would find on Amazon and there was a huge difference. I called to see if they would price match but lady told she wasn’t sure and I would have to wait until the following day to know.

I am not a huge fan of Leslie’s but I also look at reviews somewhat as a comparison to what else is out there and I don’t really have a better option to recommend.
As far as knick knack specialized pieces of a sweeper system or something like that, I have had luck online shopping and with chemicals you can get them at Sams, Home Depot or Walmart cheaper, but for the wide mix of other pool related items they are a good place to go. Things like pool cleaning items or some toys and things.

FREE pool water testing to make sure chemicals are good. Good service and knowledgeable staff.
I’ve been using Leslie’s for the past 8 months and though I rarely leave their doors without spending less than $ 100, I admit that’s mainly because I’m a new pool owner. The folks there are very helpful and never try to «sell» me anything. They seem pretty down to earth and from what I can tell by talking with others they definitely seem to know their stuff.
