Amazing. I wish there was a better word than that. I had a big weird order to fill in a week and Ashley stepped up and did it not only fast and exactly what I wanted, but with a smile on her the whole time. They will see much more business from our business in the future. There are no words to say how appreciative I am of this business and filling a fabulous Christmas order for me and my company!!!

Jennifer was wonderful. Took extremely good care of me. I was up to the last minute, trying to get a ‘day of’ gift for my fiancé on our Wedding day. I placed the order on Friday or Saturday for 2 shirts and 1 onesie with a specific print and she was able to get it to me by Tuesday. The original colors for one or two pieces weren’t available, but she (wisely) used her judgement and found me colors that were perfect. I trust her completely and appreciate her professionalism. She kept me in the loop via phone during the entire process.
Long story short, my now wife LOVED her wedding day gift. In fact, her and her 8 bridesmaids said I couldn’t have done better. So all the kudos to Jennifer and folks at Legacy Mongrams. Thank you!

We had a wedding emergency, when seven robes sent to another supplier in another town came back as ‘too difficult to monogram’ because of the fabric. I contacted Legacy and they not only were able to do the monograms, they did them in a very short time frame and did a fabulous job. I was at the bridesmaid’s luncheon where they were given as gifts and everyone was just thrilled. Thank you for coming through spectaculariy in a pinch!

I went there yesterday 11/​13/​2014 wanting too get my chef coat embroidered and I got it done in 24 hours when most place told me it would take me a week too get it and I started to freak out but the ladies at this establishment went above and beyond to make sure that I got my chef coat on time I will recommend this place to whoever needs too have embroidery done go too them the did an amazing job I will be going back for sure

Love this place! I have been here a couple of times now and they are fabulous! My orders have all been done quickly and look great. The prices are really good too! I’ve gone in there before not really knowing what I wanted to get for a gift and they showed me lots of different cute ideas and helped me brainstorm. This is definitely my go to place for an easy but still personable gift!

They did a fabulous job on my kids’ backpacks & lunch boxes! They even finished them a few days early, and it was a busy time — the week before school started. A little pricey at $ 15 per item, though.

If I could give them 10 out of 5 I would. After no less than 6 people in four different states told me that what I needed was impossible, I called Jennifer Lunn. Not only was my order done on time and in budget, she had It ready EARLY! Legacy Monograms has earned a customer for life in me, and I don’t even live in Texas!!!

Great service! I needed a makeup bag monogrammed in two days and they happily took care of it for me. Most embroidery shops require that you buy the item in their store, while they do not. Legacy Monograms was happy to embroider an item I had already purchased. They called me less than 24 hours after I dropped it off to let me know it was ready. It looks fabulous! Their pricing is very competitive and they were super friendly. I will definitely use them again.
Although I didn’t purchase the bag there, they had a lot of very cute items available to purchase and add a monogram to.
