the employees at the store are full of crap. I went there for a new bra. I knew what size I wore at a heavy set lady that worked there kept telling me that I needed a bigger size. I kept telling her no because what she gave me was to big in the cups and to tight in the waste. She kept bringing me the wrong size so I ended up just looking myself. The employees don’t know how to read a messuring tape and always think that they know what size you are when they don’t.

I ordered an item online and returned it to the store for a refund as my receipt said I could. When I arrived I was told that because it was the brand name, Kiyonna, which Lane Bryant does sell online that it could not immediately be refunded, but they could ship it to the warehouse for me. I told the sales lady that I purchase this Kiyonna dress online and it states here that it can be returned to the store for an immediate refund and the side tag says Lane Bryant. So she made a phone call and said that it was confirmed that she would have to mail it to warehouse. I could have easily done that myself. What a disappointment. The return receipt is misleading. I have already notifed corporate by email and a letter that they should change their refund rules to state only items with Lane Bryant on the back neck tag can be returned at the stores. The dress was $ 184 dollars. I will never shop there again. The employees always have this look on this face anytime I return an item which is maybe once every two years.

The best L.B. Store in the area. The sales people are wonder. My last trip made me write this review. I went there to use my coupon I got in the mail. I went to the jean area and one of the sales girls helped me find pairs to try on. It has been a while since someone actually helped me find my size I forgot how nice it is. Now I am in between sizes and they suggested I get their new tummy control jeans but they did not carry it yet. They asked if I wanted to go to another store to find it or to look around some more. I found a wonderful dress that I know LOVE and can actually wear to work that I said sure let me go to another store to try on jeans. She called ahead for me, said I had a coupon and that I was a valued customer. I smiled and even got the address and a map. It was the best. I wanted to bring the pants back to this store to buy from because they really were the ones that made the sale.

This Lane Bryant is slightly better than others, so it is usually my go-​to if I am headed to a LB.
The Cacique section is much larger than average, so they will typically have the new styles. Still, I find it best to purchase online if possible. They are happy to measure you here for your size (and order anything for you to be shipped to the store free).
The clothes rotate a lot. This store always gets the latest in fashions out of LB, so be sure to check the sales racks out whenever you are there. Oftentimes it is the styles from just a few weeks ago.
I have always found the staff here to be quite friendly and willing to help.

My friend introduced me to Lane Bryant when she was working here. I have since come here many times. They have one of the largest cacique collections I have seen in other Lane Bryant stores. The clothea are hit or miss in terms of styles. They switch out displays often and always have new clothes. I have purchased jewelry, boots and outfits here!
I just wish they didn’t push the credit card so much. But I will be back!
