I kinda hate to give a perfect score to anyone, for anything, because there is always room for improvement. I initially gave Kirklands 4 stars for that reason, and then I thought about it and I don’t think there was any place that I could see where they could have improved with the service they gave me, so that is the reason for the five stars.
I had my house built in 1986 and the original gas furnace and the a/​c were still just humming along in May of 2015, 27 years of almost trouble free service! That’s rare. Well, my a/​c finally started running down, it couldn’t keep the house cool enough, and it ran constantly. I had done my homework, and I knew which brand of heat and air I wanted, and the seer value I was willing to pay for. I called Kirklands and they came out and gave me the news that my a/​c was rapidly on it’s way out. I told them what I wanted, they gave me a price, which was actually quite a bit less than I had anticipated, and they told me that it would be two weeks before they got everything in, and had an opening to do the full day install of my new gas furnace and a/​c. They told me that if my a/​c went completely out, or we just couldn’t cope with the heat, to call them and they would come out and put window units in our house until they could do the installation! Now that is service above and beyond!
The thing about central heat and air installations is not so much the brand of unit you choose, but the quality and knowledge of the installation. That is almost totally the factor that decides whether you are going to have good service out of your central heat and air, or if you are going to have one problem after another.
Kirklands knowledge of proper installation, and attention to detail really amazed me. I know just enough about heating and air to get in trouble, but I have been around it in my job almost all of my life, so I know a quality installation when I see one, and Kirklands gave me one. They are completely honest, they are fairly priced, and they are quick to service. Don’t even hesitate to call these people for ANY need you may have about heat and air.

I used Kirkland this past summer… and they were great! I called another AC company in the area first, and they were shady with their pricing and quoting to fix components on my system that I knew were fine! Kirkland was «honest», upfront, and they did the job right. I just finished calling them to sign on for their annual PM program and will continue doing business with them if ever needed. I highly recommend these folks!

Going through some files today and found a receipt from Kirkland, reading it, I’m upset with myself for not doing this review in January when I received the service!
We bought our house December 2013, and by early January out heat stopped working! Called Kirkland and mike came out on time and checked it out for us. We needed a new blower motor. Having just bought our first house we were a little strapped for cash and could not comfortably pay to have it replaced so mike was able to get us the part and my husband was able to successfully fix it himself. We are very thankful to have found the great people of Kirkland and I highly recommend them!

Hey I was just watching Dateline about crook AC companies and I was reminded that I needed to write a review.
This is a GREAT company! Call these guys out and you will get the honest deal!!!
Ok the cooling tower fan motor was making a screeching noise. I looked at it and could tell the bearing was going bad. I went to a AC supply and bought a new spec replacement motor and a new capacitor. Came home and took the old one off, which by now failed, and started to change them out. I couldn’t get the fan off the shaft it was rusted. i put releasing agents on it to no avail. FAIL.
Next morning I call Kirkland at 7:30 AM and speak to Mike. He listened to my story and went to the shop and called me back. He is going to use the parts I bought and had waiting in the garage. He called Kathy and said he will be out at 10:00 am.
Mike arrived on time went out and replaced the motor and got the fan off with a puller and put it all together. Worked fine and only charged $ 89.00 !!!
I would recommend Mike anytime, polite professional and efficient.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’m so grateful for these guys! I called Kirkland AC on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to come fix the AC at my rental property within hours. Chris was amazing, very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I will certainly use them again. Thanks KIRKLAND AC for being an example of great customer service!
