Juan’s service started out great, but after I was no longer a such a new customer, things started slipping. First the scheduled service started slipping by a day or two. Then it was periodically missing an entire week due to vehicle issues, equipment getting stolen (allegedly), etc. The most frustrating thing for me personally was that we agreed he would do the shrubs/​bushes, and he stopped doing them unless I specifically asked each time. I did not renew his services when Spring rolled around this year.

Based on the previous review, I was in search of someone close to home. I decided to give Mr. Juan Martinez a try. I contacted him and was pleased with his mannerism and customer service. He provided and time to meet and was prompt. We discussed a time and price, and I was pleased to find that he was very reasonable.
He cut the grass, trimmed the hedges and edged all around. He did a great job.
I like the fact that he is not persistent in asking when can he return. I will definitely continue to use his services.
