Jimmy John’s

This location lives up to its claim, being freakishly fast. Usually by the time you get your fountain drink, they’ll have your sandwich ready. I usually get their Italian club or if I’m super hungry, the gargantuan. The place isn’t the big though, and it gets packed at lunch time. But luckily if you work in the area, they can deliver.

we have made it an office tradition for everyone to get Jimmy John’s every Friday! They truly are super fast and are great with making sure they get our order right…

I like Jimmy Johns. This location was fine. There were a lot of employees for such a small place so the service was very fast. I wanted the veggie sandwich but I did not want the huge one so I asked if they can make it as a slim and they did! That was great. It’s also a bonus that it was a drive-​through because I was on my break and it helped me get back pretty quickly.

Now I know what Freaky Fast means and the sandwich was good too. I ordered a sandwich and proceeded to pay for the order. Before I was putting away my wallet the lady says ‘Sir, here’s your sandwich’. I had to look around because I thought I was the only person in line, so who is she talking to.
I proceeded to sit down and I had to check my sandwich for actual food being betwixt the bread because it was just too Freaky Fast. All was there and the food was good. The crew is very friendly as well.

I just want to give this Jimmy John’s props for doing a great job executing on a mid-​size order with semi-​short notice. I got on their website late last night and put in an order for 10 people to be delivered this morning between 10:45−11am.
I was half expecting a call saying they needed a little more notice or asking for clarifications or something. Nothing of the sort: I had a call right on the dot at 10:45, the earliest time within their delivery window, from the driver. He was coming in the gate and ready for me to meet him downstairs.
They packed everything into a box that was really easy to carry and unpack, and everyone’s names were clearly written on their respective sandwiches.
The entire process was a breeze and I suggest we will start ordering from them on a far more regular basis in the future.

One of the most disgusting things happened today, one of the employees unwrapped a sandwich and put the food back. I asked the cashier, are you seriously doing that? He smiled, I said I’m done dude. Never will I go back. That was piss poor on the employees part and it brings disgrace to the resturant business.

I know I can always count on fresh bread here. The employees are super friendly and the sandwiches have a lot in them compared to getting one at Subway! Their chocolate chip cookies are great with chocolate and white chocolate chips in them! Yum! Love this place!

Order online, get in your car, pull up to the drive through, pay, and drive away with a delicious collection of sandwiches pickles and soda in under 10 seconds. They also deliver, extremely fast, and will send out a single sandwich (seems insane, but I guess I drive to them for a single sandwich…). My favorite is the turkey tom, but I think all their sandwiches are super consistently delicious. Get the dill pickle — it’s super salty and you can have them cut it up for you into either halves or quarters (lengthwise). It gets wrapped up in it’s own little paper wrapper just like the subs, so it looks like a tiny sub. So cute! The standard sandwiches (classics) are in my opinion the best, and they are big enough that you could eat them over a few sittings if you’re not ravenously hungry. My order is always done exactly as requested. Consistency in ingredients, taste, service, and convenience — can’t ask for much more.

Bread was good. Parking lot was impossible to get into. Having never been in one before, the format for ordering is not like Subway at all. not sure what I expected. but I felt rushed, and didn’t get my sandwich the way I would have preferred it. Before I could blick it was made. and handed to me. Add that to the weird signs saying stuff like yeild to their drivers and be nice or leave, etc. I was put off. Will not return. Weird place. food just so-​so.

I discovered this place by driving by. I like the fact that it has a drive thru. And they know how to make a sandwich in the snap of a finger. You order, pull up and it’s ready. They may have a magic wand somewhere behind the counter. I love the Vegetarian and The Beach Club. The sandwich fills you up half way through. I never finish my chips. It’s aways a lunch date with a sandwich and sweet tea.

Good filling sandwich (#8), quick service at lunch hour in the drive thru, super friendly, fresh toppings, what more could you want for lunch.

I called to get a delivery order but was told that they no longer deliver to our location. After speaking with the manager and the owner I was told by the OWNER that he is willing to sacrifice the $$$ that we pay in on a daily basis as well as the tip’s that we give to the drivers just because he doesn’t want his drivers tied up for an extra 10 – 15 mins. This is extremely disappointing and has made me NEVER want to go to ANY Jimmy Johns location EVER again.

This Jimmy Johns is nicely situated on Mockingbird not far from I-​35 on the way to Love Field. This place is always busy at lunchtime. They are quick to deliver their sandwiches and always greet you when you enter and tell you good-​bye when you leave. They like to blast classic rock and heavy metal. You can’t get out of there without hearing something from either Led Zeppelin, Rush or Ozzy. The food is good and I really enjoy the unwich option which basically turns any sandwich into a lettuce wrap. Really saves on the calories and carbs.

Yeah! Jimmy Johns Takes me Back! The setup is like any other jimmy johns, and they have a drive thru! I can taste that fresh bread right now… mmmmm…

I have to say that I truly love these subs! I should say sub, because I have never ordered anything but a #9-​Italian. I just can’t make myself branch out because it is soooo good!
I have never been to the location because I have the food delivered, but as they say, they are freaky fast and my order has always been correct. They do not overdo the condiments (in this case, mayo + avocado) and the lettuce and tomatoes are just the right amount. The bread is always fresh– as a matter of fact, I know some locations sell the leftover bread at night before they close, so you know that you are getting fresh bread every time!
My only complaint would be that whenever I have gotten delivery from this location (it’s new, I used to get delivery from the JJ’s on Medical Center) they NEVER have napkins in my bag… grumble. Regardless of that very minor issue, I will always refer people to eat at Jimmy John’s!

Great little sub shop. Prefect for lunch.
The staff is super friendly and inside is bright and clean, there’s seating for about 25 – 30 plus a few tables inside, café style.
Fresh bread and ingredients, plus a short and sweet menu makes for quick service from order to pickup.
