A lot of choices just walking in the door. Today when I walked in they was selling food. I bought a couple of breakfast tacos with eggs and sausage. Good. They have plenty of fruits and vegetables to fresh meats. I bought a package of eckrich sausage for this cabbage recipe– hopefullly it turns out right. I’ve been here before and know that it can get busy.

A reader below wrote that Jerry’s wasn’t Central Market nor should it want to be.
Jerry is a fine example of what an independent grocery store should be. With labels that are not carried due to corporate bulling. Jerry’s has 6 different type of flour all of which are made by local Texas plants. I’m a baker so I know my flour. With it’s handmade signs (true lost art form) and wonderful home cooked food. It’s a wonderful asset to the Oak Cliff landscape. But it does need to work on customer service. Shop local.
