Jefferson Dental Clinics – White Rock

Absolutely horrible experience. We were flying into Dallas specifically for a wedding and my mothers FRONT tooth cap came unglued and fell off on the flight.
We called the dentist and said we needed an emergency appt. and they said we could come by. We drove straight over and arrived at 3pm. They were closing at 4pm. When we arrived we were told the dentist was too busy to take her, as he had some other patients walk in meanwhile. (We called!)
We offered to stay as late as needed, and offered to pay extra. The dentist did not even come out to speak with us. He didn’t want to have to work a minute after 4 pm.
It was an emergency, a wedding, and the dentist refused to squeeze her in. The front staff were entirely unsympathetic. After pleading nicely every way possible we finally gave up and asked for a referral of another place to try — and they offered no help.
What terrible service under the circumstances!

I went here to get an extremely painful tooth pulled. The X-​ray was cheap but took a long time (I’m used to panoramic X-​rays which take 10 seconds). I have a lot of implants resulting from a birth condition, so they paired me with their implant dentist who is only there biweekly. He took one look at my X-​ray and said I needed to see an oral surgeon. He also said I had hypercementosis. Neither ended up being correct. Definitely pay the extra money to see an oral surgeon to begin with. This clinic doesn’t do much… you get what you pay for.
