Just drove from Frisco to Richardson to see about coverage on a fragile filling they did for me that fell out while eating spaghetti. They couldn’t tell me over the phone that it wouldn’t be covered. Instead 45 min. And over an hour out of my way I get there and they tell me they could charge $ 29 for a check up. Unfortunately NO! I’ve paid these thieves over $ 4000 for route Canal and 11 fillings and I’m willing to bet half the work wasn’t necessary. Never going there again and I wouldn’t suggest the place to an enemy. Customer service and understanding goes a long way and unfortunately these people don’t see things that way.

This place is great, they did an awesome job making me feel comfortable and getting my pearly whites white. I would recommend this place to anybody. My children have been coming here for years!!! Job well done staff. Job well done.

Dishonest business, they feed on people’s ignorance. Staff were lying when asked them if wisdom tooth extraction could be performed at their office. All they did was to push you do x-​ray exam again at their office when you already had digital x-​ray at your hand. They should have referred you to oral surgeon directly. It’s all about business, they don’t care about your toothache. Don’t waste your time and money here, go to a specialist directly or other dentistries.
