Save you money and save yourself frustration. If you buy a subscription for 24⁄7 premium coverage, you’ll get hard selling tactics each time you call or use their online support dock. They try to selling services your don’t even need yet. They meddle inside your computer by who knows who on their side. I can only write about the service provided to me. If you need more details you only have to go to the Better Business Bureau(BBB) and read page upon page of complaints, Their service has cost me a new computer as one of the low level techs, fouled it up so much you could not get online again and if you can’t get online, their whatever service is unless. I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and after they look at it and did a diagnostic they told me it was FUBAR. It would cost more to fix it and get it back to running again, than buying a new computer. What I hope for in there service is they over promise and under deliver. You get number of apologizes from them, but they will never take responsibility that they make a simple problem complicated or mess up your computer. After being accommodating to their techs with names you can’t pronounce and many times cannot understand and I left the telephone angry, frustrated, and with a foul mood for the rest of the day. My experience is they do not listen attentively, they talk too much and you have to dominate your telephone call, or they blame you, your computer, or your pet for the problems many times they create.
