Consistently difficult to deal with. If you didn’t buy a machine from this guy then don’t bother going there. They won’t work on your machine or look up a part for you. I guess he sells so much he can be rude to potential customers.

Took my lawnmower in for repair. Very nice service-​very helpful. They were busy so it took a little over a week to repair but they were upfront about it. Lawnmower works great now and the price was reasonable.
