OMG! my husband took me to this place, also its not a beer store so i’m not sure why they added that to the name, they do however sell beer to have with your meal. such a hidden gem! if you like authentic mexico taco stand/mercado style homemade tortilla tacos you must come here… the bistek tacos were my favorite, I also tried the pastor but that was just meh, I tried a chicharon gordita and was the best ive ever had! i will be back again, it is a little pricey for the average tacos but very worth it!

THEBESTTACOSEVER! Always get tacos con queso. And the enchiladas de queso are fulfilling and spicy.

Pleased with the size of the tacos. I paid $ 1.35 for corn. They were out of several meats when we went so we settled on the Bistek, Al Pastor & Barbacoa. All of which were very good. Salsa was good(I dont know what all these pansys are whining about… «Hot Salsa»?) Its supposed to be warm, its made with chilies. Buck up :) The beer store has moved next door FYI. Ill go back.

I am looking K.Y.‘s review and I laugh heartily in his/her direction… Anyways, This is a little taco stand/joint right in the middle of the Elm Wood neighborhood. They sell the run of the mill beer selection and a very sparse wine selection. If you are looking for a $ 20 + bottle of wine… wrong place. They have elotes out front and they are right on spot! The tacos are, in my opinion, pretty damn good. The El pastor are the best in Oak Cliff and the langua… oh pahpee! Perfect! Now, I have never had the chicken taco, but if there are bones in it, it aint from Jack in the Crack and grandma is in the back cooking it daily! When you order some tacos, they give you a good portion of salsa, what ever flavor they made that day, in a little baggie with the top tied into a knot and that shit is HOT!!! But oh so good! Check it out. It is well worth it and is the epitome of drunk food ;)
