If you are a first time buying a home AVOID this company. The realtor I used (Mitch Dalton) was very inexperienced and his team did nothing to have his back in the middle of my sale while he was in the hospital. This should have been a key indicator that they are HORRIBLE but I continued since I liked the place that I chose and he would still receive the commission if I went somewhere else. There were also statements in the contract that were very misleading to a new home buyer that he did not advise me of which left me in a very bad place after my sale. Michael Pritchard (his boss) couldn’t even undo the damage this realtor caused. He did not even step in until after the close and I responded to the email the CEO sends out asking about your experience. This is also rediculous considering this automated message goes out but it doesn’t seem that they monitor the results or care that my experience was horrible. If I didn’t CC Michael and Mitch to my long winded response nothing would have happened. I had nothing but problems with this company but once you start with a realtor no one else will take you so do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
