Bought something for my husband. He wasn’t crazy about it. Wanted to return it and was told that I will get a full refund but had to pay the shipping back to them. Terrible customer service… just don’t care about their customers. Will never purchase anything from them again! An online store should take into account that they do not pay for a store front and therefor should take upon themselves to make the shopping experience easy and should not make the customer pay for it! That is what online stores that care about their customers do! Like Amazon, Kohl’s, Old Nave e-bay …and the list goes on and on…

Do not look to HisRoom for honesty or customer service. I ordered three shirts, two of which I returned at my own cost due to wrong size/color. HisRoom claimed the items were damaged(one of them had never even been tried on) and refused to honor the return. Definitely would not order from them again; wish I had read the many other negative reviews first. HisRoom is shady and untrustworthy. Avoid! Joke was on them though: my credit card company refused to pay them after reviewing photos of the«damaged» items. #winning
