Hidden Oaks Apartments

This has to be the worst complex I have ever lived in. I moved in to an apartment full of bugs, peeling floor panels and outlets that didn’t work. I was mislead about the style of the apartment, and the fact that the unit had no central lighting. The floor paneling has yet to be fixed in the 8 ½ months that I have lived there, though I told them about it the first couple of days I moved in. Through the course of my stay here I have had constant issues with bugs, although it has been fumigated more than once. And just to top it off, they recently decided to tow a new vehicle due to a lack of permit even though the front office was closed for me to receive a permit and there was no parking available in the visitors parking area. And of course when I called to complain, their response was, well you were suppose to have a permit. How can one get a permit with those conditions?! Completely the worse I’ve ever had the misfortune to live in. Do Not Move here. They could care less and have no disregard for your best interest. Now i am out close to $ 200 on top of the $ 200 I end up paying over projected rent rate every month.

The current leasing manager Juan and his assistant Francis have to be some of the most ignorant people I’ve meet. They are prejudice, harassing and disrespectful people. These people should not be in this business, and if I were the owner I would get them out as soon as possible! Instead of making people want to move here they make you want to run in the opposite direction. I wish I could give no stars at all.
